A post-illness diet

This diet is very simple to perform, was developed especially for all those people just getting different diseases, operations or health disorders such as hepatitis, surgery in general, ulcers, cancers and gastritis among other things.

If you are determined / or perform this post-illness diet should be supervised by your doctor will need to perform to the letter.

You should also drink as much water as possible every day, drink your bitter tea flavored with honey or sweetener and seasoning foods minimally

Example of daily menu:

Breakfast: 1 cup of tea and 1 part of gelatin.

Mid-morning: 1 cup light chicken stock and home.

Lunch: 1 serving of oatmeal pumpkin puree and 1 cup of chamomile tea.

Mid-afternoon: ½ homemade flan.

Snack: 1 cup fresh apple juice diluted with water and yogurt ½.

Dinner: 1 cup homemade vegetable stock and 1 serving of mashed carrots.
