The importance of water in diet

The water helps to eliminate the appetite, helps you lose weight and keep it to not take extra kilos and also the body metabolize fats.

The fluid makes eating no fat to accumulate, this is because the kidneys do not function properly with little water and this is cumulative task for the liver, which has to metabolize fats.

If you have to take care of part of kidney function, then does not perform its function properly and therefore less fat metabolism, the consequence is weight gain, hence the importance of water intake at least two liters a day. (more…)
