Eat Calcium for successful weight loss

Most people facing overweight are deficient in vitamins and minerals. Regimes and diets based on calorie reduction or exclusion of certain food groups, the hectic modern life, stress, pollution, are all factors that draw heavily on reserves and cause vitamin deficiencies.
