Lose weight with a healthy menu

This is a dietary regimen designed for all those who need to lose weight a few kilos but they have to. It is a very simple plan to make, is based on the incorporation of healthy foods.

If you put it into practice you will be strictly about 2 kilo weight loss in only 10 days.
